Content Calendar Overview

The Content Calendar is your central hub for planning and managing content. View scheduled keywords, generate articles, and track your publishing progress all in one place.

Accessing the Calendar

Click Content Calendar in the sidebar to open your content planner. You'll see a three-month view starting from today, with each day showing any scheduled keywords.

Understanding the Calendar View

Monthly Grid

The calendar displays three months at a time, starting from the current date. Each day cell shows:

  • The date — With today highlighted
  • Scheduled keywords — Articles waiting to be generated or already created
  • Article status — Color-coded badges showing the current state

Article Cards

Each keyword appears as a card within its scheduled day. Cards display:

  • Article type — How-to, guide, listicle, explainer, comparison, or checklist
  • Keyword — The target search term
  • Search volume — Monthly searches for this keyword
  • Keyword difficulty — How competitive the keyword is (when available)

Article Status

Articles progress through several stages:

StatusWhat It Means
PendingKeyword scheduled, article not yet generated
GeneratedArticle created and ready for review
PublishedArticle live on your website

Pending articles can be dragged to different dates. Once generated, articles stay fixed to their date.
