Viewing Articles
Content History gives you a complete view of every article in your account—pending, generated, and published—all in one searchable table.
Accessing Content History
Click Content History in the sidebar to open the article list. You'll see a table displaying all your articles with key information at a glance.
Understanding the Table
Each row represents one article with the following columns:

| Keyword | The target search term for this article |
| Difficulty | Keyword difficulty score (0-100) |
| Volume | Monthly search volume estimate |
| Date | Scheduled or publication date |
| Status | Current state: Pending, Generated, or Published |
| Actions | Quick links to view or open the article |

- Not yet published to your website
Published

Finding Specific Articles

Using Browser Search
Use your browser's find function (Ctrl/Cmd + F) to search for specific keywords within the visible table.
Article Metrics
Keyword Difficulty
Displayed as a color-coded badge:
- Green (0-29) — Easy to rank for
- Yellow (30-59) — Moderate competition
- Red (60-100) — Highly competitive
Search Volume
Shows the estimated monthly searches for the target keyword. Higher volume means more potential traffic but often more competition.
Date
Shows when the article was scheduled or when it was created, helping you track your publishing history.
Content History shows all articles regardless of their scheduled date. Use this view for a complete picture of your content, while the Content Calendar is better for planning and scheduling future content.
